SuperTag 4

SuperTag 4 is the latest innovation in the SuperTag portfolio, providing our highest level of anti-theft protection to date. Its remarkable design offers increased security to help further reduce shrink in high-value brands and merchandise categories. SuperTag 4 features new, patented technology that helps improve defeat resistance compared to earlier generations of SuperTag. These tags are especially effective when attached to items that are targeted by Organized Retail Crime (ORC), helping retailers reduce shrink and maximize sales with improved onshelf availability. SuperTag 4 is complemented by its own line of detachers. This secure system ensures that the hard tags can only be unlocked by these unique detachers, which are backwards compatible with previous generations of SuperTag. SuperTag 4 power detachers can also be integrated with Sensormatic’s Shrink Management as a Service analytics platform. The SMaaS platform provides insights into the quantity of detachments and time of day. This important data can help retailers spot possible internal theft activity, know if detachers are being used outside normal store operating hours, and can also identify employee training gaps. SuperTag 4 is also available in an AM/RFID format, offering both asset protection and inventory visibility in one hard tag. The AM/RFID SuperTag 4 offers a future ready path for those retailers looking to advance to RFID inventory management solutions.
